Geometry Gastropub was invisioned to be a dazzling pub in the heart of the sity catering to young professionals and students around the location.
The theme of the interior was ' Geometry ' inspired from the extensive moodboard of various forms, shapes and contours not only in literal composition and patterns but also in material used.
Geometry Gastropub is a modern progressive eatery that brings a slice of British Colonial era mixed with
Indian design. Located in the ancient precinct of west Bangalore in Malleshwaram, this Old English style pub is designed maintaining a rustic charm packed with lush greenery and warm wooden accents.
Exposed brick in chevron pattern clad the walls with leather finish concrete flooring complimenting the homespun interiors by adding warmth to the leafy al fresco area with wooden tables and chairs. A double height seating area adds to the grandeur of the space while breaking down the external glass facade and letting in a breath of fresh air making the pub sustainable and imperishable.
The natural ventilation makes the Bangalore autumns exceptional and enjoyable for a cold brew (pint).
A mezzanine floor is designed to provide additional seating resembling the speakeasy bars in Old Britain with wooden flooring, industrial metal and timber furniture while decked by ceiling hung planters. Dark timber chairs and heavy leather couches create an old-school vibe that is right at home with the historic aesthetic.
The timber bar counter has intricate detailing with vintage wooden mouldings and black granite top.
Stacked with books in the in-built library catering to the bookworms of Bangalore and wrapped by bullseye exposed brick arch; the pub contributes to the unhinged vibe of the restaurant. The most intriguing feature are the custom-made lights in geometrical shapes cast on site.
